The Brevetti AUT 2000 joining machine is an electro-pneumatic stapling system intended for medium to large production facilities with multiple frame profiles. It is computerized to increase production and reduce operator fatigue. This machine is a coil feed system that can be purchased in two models. One model uses NR, VR or VM corrugated shaped fasteners and the other model uses VC, V-shaped fasteners. The computer system on the machine can be programmed for nail placement and can store up to 540 moulding programs. Once programmed, the system automatically clamps the moulding into the 90&Mac176.  The fence system and can place fasteners in 10 different positions. The machine can be programmed to place one fastener or stack up to 4 fasteners in each position. The nailing unit automatically moves from one position to the next. The operation of the nailing unit is to feed, cut and drive the nail. This function allows the machine to automatically cycle through its program, while the operators’ responsibility is to rotate the frame to the next corner. Ideal for frame shops producing 500+ frames a week. Joins moulding from 1/4" to 4 3/4" wide by 1/4" to 2 3/4" high.

The Brevetti C 100 is  a coil feed system that can be purchased in two models. One model uses NR, VR, VM corrugated shaped fasteners and the other model uses VC, V-shaped fasteners.  It is a manual machine that is simple to use and very durable. Companies running sustained production that don’t require computerized technology are best suited for the C 100. Fasteners on coils allow operators to run continuous production without constantly having to load fasteners in the machine.  The mitered pieces of moulding to be joined are connected tightly by a steel staple. These staples are in coils and are available in 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16mm according to the height of moulding. The machine is equipped with a sliding 90&Mac176; fence for manual placement of fasteners in two pre-set positions. The operator can place additional fasteners in between the pre-set positions. The C 100 requires the operator to move the moulding under the nailing head for nail insertion. The C 100 feeds, cuts and drives the nail. Ideal for frame shops producing 500+ frames a week. Joins moulding from 1/4" to 4 3/4" wide by 5/16" to 3" high.
